1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for use while travelling. A plan gives a compatible phone mobile data in the destination shown, for the amount of data and number of days shown at purchase.

Plans do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS. The eSIM profiles and data service are supplied through a wholesale eSIM provider and run on local partner networks. Coverage and speed depend on the local network and are not guaranteed.

3. Your phone

You are responsible for checking, before you buy, that your phone supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier. A plan installed on an incompatible or locked phone may not work, and this is not a reason for a refund once the eSIM has been installed.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown including all fees we charge.
• You may view prices in several currencies. Our server converts them from our base currency at a published daily reference rate. Checkout shows the currency and the amount you will actually be charged before you pay.
• Payment is taken on our payment provider’s hosted payment page. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• The price of an order is fixed when you confirm it. If the price changed while you were on the checkout page, we show you the new total and ask you to confirm it again.
• Promo codes apply only under the conditions shown with them and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, we create your eSIM and show the QR code and installation details on screen and by email. If creating the eSIM is delayed, we tell you on the order page and by email, and you do not need to pay again.

Keep your QR code and activation details private. Anyone who has them can install the eSIM.

6. Validity and use

• A plan’s validity period starts when the phone first connects to a supported network in the destination, unless the plan details say otherwise.
• Unused data does not carry over after the validity period ends.
• An eSIM can be installed once, on one phone. If you delete it from your phone, it usually cannot be installed again.
• Top-up plans bought from your account are added to the eSIM you already have.
• You must not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts the partner networks.

7. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund policy. In short: you can get a full refund for an eSIM that was never installed if you request it within 30 days of purchase.

8. Your account

You can buy without an account. If you create one, keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. An account created with the same email address as earlier purchases shows those purchases once the email address is confirmed.

9. Liability
